Offroad on Fraser IslandAt 122 km long, Fraser Island is the largest sand island in the world and is located on east coast of Australia. If possible I would recommend staying a couple days to fully explore the island. You can drive on Fraser Island with your own car, but it must be a 4wd. Or you take one of the countless tours. It can be crowdy, especially on public holidays. But 10/10 would recommend visiting.

Kangaroo at Lucky Bay Luckey Bay is located in the Cape Le Grand National Park close to Esperance in the south-west of Western Australia. It is a really beautiful beach where you can even spot Kangaroos. There is also a campground right next to the beach. Since it is located in a National Park, there are fees of about 17 AUD$

Great view over Surfers ParadisePanoramic views of the Gold Coast from the 77th and 78th floor of the Q1 Building. Would recommend going at sunset/sunrise. Starting at 23 AUD$ for an adult.

Karijini National ParkOne of Australias most beautiful national parks. Karijini is the second largest national park in Western Australia with rock formations that are estimated at 2.5 billion years old. The park is located in the Pilbara region of Western Australia.

Tongariro Alpine CrossingThe Tongariro Alpine Crossing is called as the best one-day trek in New Zealand and is regarded as among the top ten single-day treks in the world. It is a 19.4 km (12 mile) one way hike. You can take a shuttle bus to the trail head and get picked up at the other end iin the afternoon. I went in May and there was ice and snow around. Definitely one of the best hikes I ever did.
